The investment insurance policy protects capital contributions abroad, even “indirect” ones (namely those carried out through Italian companies’ foreign subsidiaries). This is carried out by issuing insurance guarantees on events of a political nature which might cause losses and jeopardize the investment, regardless of reference sector, structure and size. |
