St. Paul Travelers Syndicate Management is the Lloyd's of London operation of The St. Paul Travelers Companies Inc. which was formed by the merger of The St. Paul Travelers Companies and Travelers Property Casualty Corp. On a combined basis, the companies reported 2004 revenues of $23 billion and total assets of $112 billion. The merger created the second largest property-liability insurer in the USA, and one of the largest financial services firms in the world.
