  1. Editor’s Choice: Investment Map: A tool for analyzing FDI and trade

Investment Map – produced by the International Trade Centre in Geneva, is a tool that combines statistics on FDI, international trade and tariff data, as well as information on multinational enterprises. Since March 2006, Investment Map includes information on the location, sales, employment and parent companies of around 60,000 foreign affiliates in developing countries. All of this information is accessible through an interactive online tool that allows analysis by country, trading partner and sector. The tool can be used to identify market opportunities, assess sector competitiveness, and identify target sectors, competitor countries and potential investors.
