UNCTAD: WORLD INVESTMENT REPORT 2009: TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS, AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT

The World Investment Report 2009 focuses on trends in foreign direct investment (FDI) worldwide at the regional and country levels; monitors changes in investment regimes and international investment agreements; and ranks the largest transnational corporations in the world.

World Investment Reports offer an in-depth analysis of a selected topic related to FDI with special emphasis on the development implications, as well as policy analysis and recommendations. A statistical annex with data on FDI flows and stocks for 196 economies is also provided.
